There are some limitations in the amenities that we are able to offer. Your package includes one song for the processional and one song for the recessional. The price of your package does not include live music or instruments.
If your wedding package includes fresh flowers, they are priced as standard bouquets with roses and fresh seasonal flowers in our packages. Should you want specialty flowers, there is maybe an additional fee. Also, please remember we are a small resort town and at times it may not be possible to get some particular flowers requested. In those circumstances, we will make substitutions that match as closely as is possible.
For any and all services provided, our contract is with the bride and the groom only regardless of who made the payment for the wedding or the service. In the event of Acts of God, technical or human error, Chapel at the Park assumes responsibility only up to the financial amount paid for the particular service by the bride and groom. Chapel at the Park is the copyright holder for all portraits and negatives. We do not allow guest professional photographers because that is part of the service we offer. No video equipment is permitted This is the only way we can perform a well orchestrated ceremony.
Please note that in most packages the bride and groom are to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to dress and meet separately with the minister and photographer. (Unless your letter states differently) The bride may have one person arrive with her to assist her in dressing. All other guests & family members, including children, must come dressed to the chapel. We want the focus to be on the bride and groom. We do not provide dressing accommodations for wedding guests. We also do not have accommodations for the bride, groom, or guests to change after the wedding.
Cancellation Policy
If your wedding date needs to be changed for any reason, we will be happy to accommodate you if it is 28 days or more prior to your wedding. However, if you should decide to cancel your wedding, there will be a percentage of the package price cancellation fee for our services. (This is usually 25% depending on the size and complexity of the wedding). If there are overnight rentals, limousine or catering involved, we will also have to charge your account with any fees or deposits we may be charged to settle your account. Any wedding canceled or postponed within 28 days of the service will not receive a refund or a credit.
